A freezer full of locally grown pork, beef and poultry is one of the richest resources we can have. Don't let unfamiliarity or squeamishness keep you from buying and butchering whole livestock!  Morgan has broken-down more locally raised pigs than she can count, with Twitter Creek farms as well as local friends & family.  She has also worked with notable butchers around the world, learning and teaching others to butcher venison, poultry, beef & lamb as well as various wild game animals.  Most recently, Morgan participated in a full ram breakdown with Adam Danforth in Olympia, Washington!    
Chef Morgan promotes a mission of sustainability & stewardship through conscientious food choices & practices.  Locally, responsibly sourced meat is central to the Gypsy Kitchen philosophy.
Chef Morgan's meat mastery over wild game, large domestic livestock, & poultry allows you to responsibly satisfy your carnivorous needs with guaranteed high-quality results.  If you would like to purchase or raise animals for meat, Morgan can come to you and either break that thing down for you or show you how to do it, while wearing your good pearls.
